This isn't something I would have thought to be impossible to find information on. I can't find any documentation or articles that show if SharePoint 2010 supports the "Force Encryption" on the MS SQL ...

We're building a new database server to replace an old system. The rules say that the database must be encrypted and we've done so, historically, with a product that encrpyted the whole database.
