Explored this underground bank vault in downtown New Orleans that flooded during Hurricane Katrina. Most people aren’t aware that there are indeed basements in the city despite flooding concerns. A lot of these are beneath skyscrapers not so much residential houses. Water had to be pumped out but it was too late and most the vault along with security deposit boxes had been damaged beyond repair.
