2,5 jaar geleden kocht ik deze loopband en ik gebruik ’m nog steeds. Tijd voor een eerlijke update! Voor mij werkt een loopband vooral als hij zichtbaar is. 👀 Want als ik ’m niet zie, gebruik ik ’m niet. Deze staat achter de deur en dat werkt perfect omdat hij zo compact is. Mijn tip: kies er eentje die je makkelijk kunt opbergen, maar ook net zo makkelijk weer tevoorschijn haalt. Ik wandel vooral, dus een snelheid van 5–6 km per uur is echt meer dan genoeg.
