SSTOP RELYING ON CARDIO TO LOSE WEIGHT!! Cardio is great, don't get me wrong. It's amazing for improving stamina, overall health, and helping you lose weight. BUT in order to consistently lose weight every week which is the goal for anyone trying to get leaner, lose fat, or get abs, simply relying ONLY on cardio isn't that feasible.
