Kolkata is a city written by its river, a story of tides, transit, and transcendence. In a unique collaboration between Victoria Memorial Hall and the Living Waters Museum, in association with Calcutta Cacophony, presented ‘Kolkata ki Jalkatha’ bringing our water heritage to life. By following the city’s history from Charnock to Ramakrishna, the performance proved that Kolkata’s life has always centered around its water.
