I didn’t match to fellowship, and that’s okay ❤️ Fellowship is after residency and consists of even more specialized training than what you went to residency for. It follows the match process, which is what residency also uses to “match” you to the program you will train at. The match is scary and results are not always what you expect or want. However, when you have a loving support system and mentors surrounding you with YOUR best interests in mind, it makes the unknown just a little bit more
